1. Agreement

By creating a seller account, using PayLounge tools, or sharing a PayLounge checkout link, you agree to these terms and our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What PayLounge does

PayLounge provides software to create checkout links, track order status, and coordinate delivery confirmation and dispute workflows. PayLounge is not a bank. Payment collection, settlement, and regulated fund movement are performed by licensed third-party payment providers under their terms and applicable law.

3. Seller obligations

  • You provide accurate listings, pricing, and fulfillment information.
  • You comply with applicable laws (including consumer protection and tax rules where they apply).
  • You do not use PayLounge for prohibited goods or services, fraud, or money laundering.
  • You maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Buyers

Buyers interact through links you share. Their use of checkout may also be subject to the payment provider’s terms. PayLounge may display disclosures and statuses to support transparency.

5. Fees and payouts

Any platform or processing fees, payout timing, and reversals depend on your configuration and the relevant payment provider. You are responsible for understanding fees shown at checkout or in your dashboard.

6. Disputes

Structured dispute tools are provided to help resolve issues between buyers and sellers. Outcomes may be subject to provider rules, evidence you provide, and these terms. Nothing here is a guarantee of a particular outcome.

7. Intellectual property

PayLounge software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as intended.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided as is to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability caps and excluded damages should be set with your counsel according to your jurisdiction.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, risk signals, legal requirements, or instructions from payment partners. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will indicate the revision date below. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance, subject to law.
